EMS Safety strives for quality through continual improvement in everything we do. Our quality assurance standards and processes reflect those of the Emergency Care Training industry. The purpose of our QA process is to achieve the highest quality and most effective instruction possible.

At EMS Safety, quality starts with integrity. Integrity is characterized by honesty and honor. Quality is the byproduct when an organization values integrity and strives for honesty and unity in its actions and messages.

The bottom line is that people’s lives will depend on what our Instructors say and how the techniques are taught. The quality of Instruction is vitally important.

  • Respond to you within 2 business days.
  • Follow up with the Instructor. 
  • Achieve resolution, usually within 30 days.
