All merchandise can be ordered by phone, fax or email as listed above.

Products may be purchased online using a Visa or MasterCard through our secure Online Shopping Cart. If you 'Sign In' prior to ordering, your information will be saved for future online orders. You can also download and print out the order form and mail or fax it to us.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied, just follow the simple return policy below.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you have any concerns about product condition, errors or omissions, you must contact our office within five days of receipt of the shipment. Products may be returned to correct errors or omissions on the part of EMS Safety Services.

We accept merchandise for exchange or credit within 30 days of shipment, if in original package, unused, and in salable condition. Please contact our customer service department at for return instructions.

A restocking fee may apply.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Currency. Merchandise and prices are subject to change without notice. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our information, we reserve the right to correct any errors.

Shipping

Merchandise is shipped the next business day after receipt of payment. If we are unable to ship an item within this time, we will contact you with the estimated time of shipment and will give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Emergency supplies are shipped out in 2-3 business days. A minimum purchase of $30.00 is required for these products.

Products ship via UPS from our warehouse in Southern California. Delivery times vary according to destination. For UPS Ground delivery allow two to six days. UPS Express delivery is available Overnight, 2-day and 3-day. Call (800) 215-9555, ext. 103, with any questions on shipping.

EMS Safety Services’ Online Shopping Cart was designed to provide you with accurate shipping costs on all of our products. However, shipping costs can vary, especially for oversized items. If actual shipping costs are different from the charges provided to you through our Online Shopping Cart, an EMS Safety Services’ Customer Service Representative will contact you with a shipping quote prior to processing your order.
